Seasonal mailings are a programme of mailings to Clubcard customers; each focusing on a shopping mission that relates to a seasonal theme or key trade event (e.g. Christmas, Easter and Back to School). The mailings are packed with offers, ideas and recipes; and are targeted at customers who have been identified as having a real interest in the products featured and a propensity to buy them.
The aim of the mailing programme is to drive customer activation by surprising and delighting them with relevant, added-value content and rewarding offers.
